When I read this part I wondered why she said that the first thing she tries, or wants to see is colors. Now I know it's because she usually doesnt' get to see anything that has colors. I think people usually thinks what they don't have is what they think is the most precious thing in the world.
Liesel also said: "Here is a small fact, you are going to die."Everyone knows that they are going to die. But what they don't know is when they are going to die and how will they die. Some people might want to die, while others want to survive, it depends about how they feel about living.
When I just started going to school in Shanghai, I didn't thank friends were really important, but after a few weeks I thought they were important. Without friend you wouldn't trust anyone around you.
Everyone knows that they will die sometime, but everyone wants to live longer.
