Imagine if one day you can't see. What would you want to see? Your parents, your friends, flowers, trees, etc.? I guess this is how Liesel feels. Maybe she will start forgetting what the world actually looks likes. When I went to China for 2 and a half years, I started to forget what the United States was like. I thought of this a lot. Liesel may also feel the same way.

ReplyDeleteThis book sounds really interesting!!! I would be upset if I couldn't see all of the colors. And I'm not exactly sure what I would want to see, that's a tough question.
